It's already happening. They're hitting .238/.306/.399 (85 wRC+) over the last 30 days. I'm not saying it's a bad lineup, it's still one of the better offenses in the AL. But there were plenty of guys due for regression.

Your point is still beyond stupid. This team scored 4 runs total in the last 4 games. What their offense currently been going through over the last 5 game is called a slump unless you're saying this is a team that can only avg 1 run per game.

every offense is going to have games where they score 0-2 runs, even the best ones. Sometimes, they cluster together. random variance.

Yeah my simple point was the offense is slumping this week.

regression usually isn't pretty. They batted .237/.313/.400 for the month of July. I'd say those struggles go well past this last week. calm down, I never said they were the 2010 Mariners.

Can't believe the MLB gave Boston a 3 game set vs the freaking reds in late September lol

Moreland 7/17 with 5 extra base hits in his last 5 games. He says I can go fuck myself
Chris Young shares those words too. 3-3 with a double, 2 home runs and 5 RBIs

Looking like the Yanks will leave Cleveland with a split. Didn't look likely 2 days ago. Ellsbury with a huge bases clearing triple

8-1 Yanks as we enter the bottom of the 7th

Orioles keep toying with us in Charm City.

9 of the last 11 starts, No starter has allowed more than 2 runs, 5 times 1 run or less from the starters.
This is the worst rotation in baseball deciding they are the 1990s Braves.

The next week will probably see this slow plodding team lead the league in stolen bases or something equally improbable.

Nothing they do makes sense. Their strange domination of the division games will probably screw everybody over and keep the AL EAST to only one playoff team by being a spoiler.

10 game west coast trip starting tomorrow.

I highly doubt they would be the reason the Yankees don't make the playoffs. They're 5-7 vs the Yankees this season and are 1-5 in the Bronx. They play 7 more vs the Yankees including 4 in the bronx. Highly doubt they do better than 4-3 at best in those 7 games. Yanks may not make the playoffs but it won't be due to their 7 remaining games vs Baltimore.

The Orioles have the most wins versus the Division, despite being a bad 4th place team.
Usually teams in 4th place don't have the most division wins.
No other division has its 4th place team with 6 more division wins than its first place team.

The Os play the division tough (including the Yankees).
I cannot remember the last time NYY won a series in Baltimore.

Boston especially has been stymied by their inability to dominate Baltimore.

Sox with a run in the 3rd. Rays' defense helping us out in this inning.
