best part of yesterdays loss

Doug Fister will no longer start Tuesday versus the Blue Jays.

Fister was needed for 2 2/3 innings during Saturday's marathon loss to the Yankees. The Red Sox will call up either Brian Johnson or Hector Velazquez to start Tuesday. Fister might not get another start with Eduardo Rodriguez (knee) due back this week.

Yankees still finding new ways to cheat each day. Holliday's little stunt on the double play reminded me of Arods slap of Arroyo's glove. Cept Holliday got away with it.

That game was outstanding.

Holliday got away with one last night. I missed a lot of the extra innings last night so I didn't get to see it til this afternoon. It should have been called interference.

It was interference but it did not have a major impact. We are not hitting. As well as the Yanks have pitched to go 22 scoreless innings, we left a lot of chances lost. Ice cold hitting with runners on.....

They were talking about it on Yes today. Boston is something like 2 for 57 with RISP against the Yankees this year.

Yeah for sure. I just don't think what he did was intentional as cerealbaby is trying to make it seem. It was interference though.
