I don't anticipate to much participation in this thread, but for sake of austerity. ;)

I want the Chargers to beat Manning with a heavy run attack. I am not a fan of Philip Rivers, but like Mike McCoy (former University of Utah QB like Alex Smith) and Eric Weddle (former defensive man from Utah, too). I do think Weddle fumbled in Week 17, but oh well.

I'd be ok with Chargers winning by penalty, too.

Come on, Wright! That was easy. That's why he's on defense. He did get in the right spot but no hands. In a game I watched of the Chargers before KC played them, I said we needed to pick on him. I was right.

Boo! More accolades and ball washing. Weddle was almost there. They should and will review it. The ball is out of the end zone before securing could be for sure complete. But I think they'll give it to him.

Someone suggested a drinking game of how many times Andrew Luck is mentioned when the Chiefs are on offense... terrible idea

Haha. No one would be dumb enough to suggest/do that for Manning. Maybe even Rivers?

What was that? I know that running the ball runs out the clock, but you need to call better plays. Coaching from my couch is very easy, especially if I can just say, tackle, catch the ball, block, score! The football guys bother with all that know how, procedure, and whatnot. I say, just score and stop them. Simple. :D

It still grinds my gears that we had some pathetic coverage busts due to stacks, meshes, and things that this board has been talking about since about week 10. Rather irritating. A bunch of people seem to automatically blame the CB's 100% for blowing coverage, but never ask why guys like Whaylen were double covered in Man defense while TY Hilton was wide open. Why was Jacoby Ford triple covered in a man defense? Surely the CB's suck at everything if Luck can identify an open receiver within 2.2 seconds, yep. No serious scheme issues to address this offseason! None at all. Defense = Cowboys. Pass rush sucks too if they can't get to the QB within 2 seconds with shoddy coverage! Never mind the previous body of work!

Wow. I am surprised. Mark that down as evidence that not all NFL games are completely rigged. Only partially. :D

I would never want to be an NFL kicker (I'd take the money, even though relatively low for players). I could never make even a 5 yard field goal, but I have resigned myself to the fact I will never understand why someone misses a field goal. When it comes to missed field goals, I become a girl in thinking, "why didn't he kick it more to the right?" That had no chance, he should have aimed right. :)

My ignorance is only slightly better when it comes to a RB missing a hole or a QB handing off on a pass-action play ("the QB is completely uncovered!"). I do at least understand why these things happen. I also always think, the punter could have run for it! I know better than to believe that.

Did you see the "NFL is Rigged Thread" on the Bengals board? Will make your eyes pop for a bit.

Nope, the Bengals for no reason are repulsive to me - again, for absolutely no reason. Something deep down, I suppose. No offense, Bengals. I'm sure they don't like me either. Me who?
