Thanks, Chap. It hurt like hell (still does)... but as much as it hurts that she's gone, at least I know I provided her with 4 great years. She hit the damn lottery with me, and me with her, trust me!

Yup. That wound will always be there. And I think that is kind of the point in the end. They say you are supposed to get another dog as soon as you can, but it is TOUGH!!!!!

It's worse than you think, too. My friend rescued a dog that had been used to breed in a puppy mill. She was treated like gold, then she gave them a few litters. After that she was considered "disposable" and was just dropped on the side of the road somewhere! Luckily she got found and he was able to adopt her. Sweetest dog in the world...and left for dead because she couldn't have more puppies.

I just don't know how people do it?

I'm a bit over-the-top the other direction, I suppose... if there's a spider in my house I'll capture it and set it free outside... I just don't feel it's my right to take another's life.

And that's where I differ from most conservatives. I am anti death penalty. I gurantee somewhere along the way a completely innocent man has been executed, and I just don't dig on that.

I've mentioned it here many times before. I am as fiscally conservative as anyone you'll ever meet, and pretty much the same when it comes to national security. Much more moderate when it comes to "most" social issues, and a bleeding heart liberal when it comes to capital punishment. And believe it or not, it was a John Grisham book that changed my view maybe a decade or so ago... Don't remember the title...

I'm taking them out every couple of hours...piss as soon as they get back in the house...like I said, they're fosters...by the time I get them trained, they'll be gone anyway

Well, you are a good man for fostering. That isn't easy.

I see Tom Brady hasn't offered his time or money to the victims of the Boston Explosive Incident.

Coward! Tom Brady is a COWARD!

Same reason you talk shit about Boston all day every day.

Because it's fun to make fun of hypocritical, over sensitive people from boston with the reading comprehension of 5th graders? How does that apply to Pete?

Yeah giving them up is going to suck...the tan one figured out how to get out of the gate and now she won't eat. The foster people took them both to treat in case one or both is sick...and it sucks right now
