The B1G can't crow too much ... they are still playing 8 for a few more years.

As for the ACC, they sure do put a lot of players in the NFL compared to the other conferences.

2 more years of 8 and then it will be against conference regulations to SCHEDULE FCS schools, any existing contracts will not need to be canceled. So their might be a rush to get them on the books but I doubt it.

HA!

SEC close behind at 120....O the humanity! :laugh3:

That was kinda the point wally beaver:lol:
the SEC is BEHIND the ACC in numbers and if the PACers are fair they will show the same disdain in here also....unless its only an SEC thjng. If so then lets not pretend its about level playing field but about the SEC and hate for that conference. So far thats what it appears to be...crickets still.

That's the spirit now when can we expect the PAC Coaches to make a statement I've been glued to Twitter waiting for it?

A basketball conference that had 42 more players drafted than Texas.

That is all understood. ACC has been terrific in getting players to the NFL. I have always wondered why they have rarely produced a product on the field that correlated with the talent in the conference. VT seems to be the only school that continually performs at or above their talent level, though FSU will likely fill that criteria over the next few years. Another way to ask the question is why the hell cant UNC field a good team?

I think the majority of it is just poor coaching across the board in the conference.

New ACC logo. This is the only ACC thread I saw, so I thought I'd post it here.

Ummm...FSU has been the best of the ACC since joining. MINUS the lost 7 yrs of Jeff Bowden. Not sure where you get that FSU will fill that role, but okie dokie.

The end of the Bowden era was a disruption. For about 5 years FSU's record didn't match their talent. I think those days are over, but you have to give it a year or two. Your post seems to agree and disagree with me. Taking out 7 years makes my pt for me, it's not like FSU has a 50 yr history in the ACC. VT has been an overachiever for years. I think they may go into a bit of a funk with Beamer ball nearing its end.

So you want to cut out a third of the time that they have been in the ACC?

Not what I said. They have to take the good/great with the bad. Jeff Bowden's product considering the talent was absolutely abysmal. Just pointing that out.
