Miley pitches carefully to Posey, and then simply manhandles Pence.

Poor Pence. He's looked different after last nights punch out by the 1st base ump and then tonight. He looks really really frustrated.

Just relax big guy and let your skill take over. A big playoffs will make you a hero.

Take Cain out here? Let the horse rest? He's been on base a lot tonight and has pitched a lot of innings this year.

73 pitches? I'd let him go 10-15 more.

Cain seems like the kind of pitcher that benefits from 100-110 pitches. I wouldn't go over that but the horse can go deep without breaking too much of a sweat.

I don't remember when but he had a short start before and it took some time to get him back into a rhythym after that.

Edit: post over #15! We made it!

That side-arm fastball looks like it hurts a bit to throw.

Cain winning this game by himself..reminds me of the game back in April where he basically willed the team to win, getting on base, breaking up double plays, and pitching strong

91 pitches through 7, and a five run lead...... I'd pull him.
