I only show up when they are winning. Unlike Royals fans. They were coming out in droves a few years ago. We can't come close to competing with their attendance this year. Fenway is completely dead.

That is interesting. I'd like to see "Most players drafted with a 30+ WAR" both career and single draft.

There's a few flaws too. 1983 Red Sox cracks this list of best draft class, but it's really all Clemens. 1976 Tigers get credit for drafting Ozzie Smith, but he didn't sign. 1981 Mets get credit for drafting Clemens out of high school, but he didn't sign and went to play for Texas. 1982 Giants drafted Bonds, but once again he didn't sign. 1985 Pirates is all Bonds. 1982 Mets drafted Palmeiro, but he didn't sign.

1976 Tigers drafted Alan Trammell and Jack Morris. 1987 Orioles drafted Mike Mussina and Steve Finley. 1984 Cubs drafted Greg Maddux and Jamie Moyer. 1989 Indians drafted Jim Thome and Brian Giles.

The best is probably the 1965 A's, who drafted Sal Bando, Gene Tenace, and Rick Monday. 3 impact players in one draft is damn good.
