Cracks in concrete can arise from poor design(architects), poor implementation(Construction crews), or piss poor concrete mixes(Concrete Company. When I worked construction we used to see poor concrete delivered all the time. No additives for strength like fiber even though ordered. Who knows who fucked up, but it I funny that a school has a 60 MILLION dollar football stadium.
But we can't find the budget to improve things like ....I dunno....education?!?

Wonder where the money came from to build this thing in the first place...couldn't possibly have been all district budget money, could it? Maybe some private cash involved? Still, it's staggering. My old high school STILL has the wooden grandstands on either side of the field that might seat 5,000 tops. No wrap-around bowl, no billion dollar jumbotron...and we've won state titles, too.
yeah, people in Alabama or NC or wherever don't have egos. Give me a fucking break.
