It stems from LBJ wanting to control everything. They need to get a coach who knows what he's doing - and then make LBJ take a back seat & do what he's told to do out there.

But, they figure since they've been in the Finals every year since his return that it ain't broken. I think this might be the first season it's being made very obvious that something is broken - and has been all season long.
