Voges broke his hand. And what's weird is, if he had pitched poorly today we'd be thinking he needs to go down anyway...so it's not so bad...but he pitched well...but only at home...so this is classic ambivalence about how to feel.

I guess bad...you wanted to make the choice to send him down not have it forced on you.

Then again, at least it was Vogelsong...any other starter would be a TOTAL disaster. Injuries are part of the game.

1.) I am a Giants fan
2.) I am in a fantasy baseball league where I can start only 1 per day and I have the full SF rotation, so need his replacement. Already have Kickham and Fitzgerald in my minors

Who's going to trade anything even half decent right now?
Gotta be a call up, or some combo of callups and maybe stretching out Gaudin for a start or two. Also, I suppose they could take advantage of offdays and skip a couple of his starts, but that puts extra wear on the other 4.

Kickham is throwing the best, but he is not on the 40. I think Heston gets the call.

Although, we have Rosario, Strickland and Abreu who could all be DFA'd to make room.
