Nice for the Yanks to gain 2 games on Boston the last 2 days.

I know it is early but you don't want Boston getting a huge lead. They had a 7.5 lead on the Yanks entering Saturday.

Expecting a split vs Minnesota due to the starters we have lined up.

3 of 4 would be great

guaranteed sweep for the Yanks. Twins are worthless against the Yanks.

Miguel Andujar's 12 extra-base hits (9 doubles, 1 triple, 2HR) are the second-most by a Yankee through his first 18 career games, trailing only Joe DiMaggio (14XBH).

Think we're going to see a fun 3-way race between the Yanks, Toronto and Boston all season long. Looking forward to it.

6-17 record with the usual double digit strikeouts and no runs scored

Another wasted great start by an Orioles pitcher (2-1 loss).
Starting pitching has not been an issue.

It is the Buck Showalter lack of punishment for his free swinging team.
Why the hell is Buck still playing all the veterans. Call up the kids and clean house for whatever you can get.

AAA guys and future players can score 1 run at half the cost.
It does zero good to have a bunch of older players scoring zero runs all the time.

The Yanks are somewhere around 79-31 vs the Twins since 2002...In that same span, the Yankees have around 152 homers in about 122 games and the Twins have a team era over 5.00......It's unreal how bad they have played.....Yanks swept them in 02, 03 and 09 including a 3 game sweep in the ALDS....The Twins are 12-41 at Yankee stadium.....

There's so many questions on who gets demoted when everyone is healthy.

Austin been playing well. Maybe they DFA Walker who's been crappy once Bird is healthy

walker's coming off a 111 OPS+ in 2017 and has been an above average hitter in pretty much every year of his career. Tyler Austin has had 61 good plate appearances and was a fringe prospect. I think you're overreacting to a 15 game sample size.
