Voltaire...so both you and doug feel the Tiger bullpen will hold up and give the team a chance to win the division? Personally, I don't....and I see no help coming from Toledo. So unless Avila pulls a rabbit out of his hat and lands one (or two) quality bullpen arms...without spending money...I smell trouble.

Usually against his stalker @Iffster ... he deserves everything he get from legitimate Indians' fans. I don't brag and I don't make predictions, but if @SlinkyRedfoot wants to bet on the Tigers finishing in last place, I would cover that bet.

Voltaire, as we have learned from "your boy" doug, the Tribe is paying Encarnacion around $28 million a year. I think that is stretching that club's finances a good deal. Perhaps they would listen about a trade for Andrew Miller to shed some salary. Detroit could offer some quality arms like Bruce Rondon or Warren Saupold, or even Shane Greene. I am sure Cleveland is drooling over the prospect of adding good young pitchers like that....even if it costs them Miller.

I hear ya!!! My Detroit Lions have won 1 playoff game since 1957. I still follow them. The Wolverines have been getting their asses whooped by ohio state ... still a huge Wolverine fan!!
