Seattle, @Green Bay, Pitt and @Arizona before week 6? People will be predicting the Rams to go 1-4 in that stretch. Vikings matchup well with the Rams for some reason. @Ravens and @seattle are the two toughest games in football.

Id feel better about the the schedule if the Rams had an offensive line

I went into super optimism mode to get to 9-7. The offense would need at least 2 pro bowlers to get this team to the playoffs with that schedule

HA @ksudodger !!!

I beat you to it by just a few minutes, except I posted the schedule on Golden Spurs' Sticky thread here on our boards...

Yours is better though, as it has LY's records and Divisional placings...

Clayton, don't sell us short. We do have an O-line, just not the one you would feel better about at this TIME. Keep your optimism up as both your posts are starting to waver a bit into the negative zone.

There are a lot of things to be optimistic out, Ill give you that. At worst, the Rams have Austin Davis who was pretty good at times last year. I also think there is a formula to Nick Foles being a solid QB. I'm just telling you that it'll be an 'us against the world' mentality when it comes to the national media because I don't think the Rams will be favored much in any of these games.

But Mizzou wasn't favored in hardly any of their games and they won their division. Nothing is stopping the Rams from using the same formula: rush the passer, win the turnover battle, run the ball, make big plays in the 4th quarter. Rams defensive depth is better, too, so there is a really good chance that they'll fix one of their top problems last year which was running out of gas on defense in the 2nd half.

I'm optimistic about the Rams next year. Very optimistic about the defense. That schedule is no joke, though, and the Rams are going to have to earn their way up the ladder. I'm not kidding about them needing 2 pro bowlers on offense to make it to the playoffs. Its time to step up. No more shotty playcalling. No more QB excuses. Rams have the deepest defensive roster in football and a solid special teams unit. Its time to see which of these young guys on the roster wants to play for a 2nd contract

This I agree with and much of what you posted on post #11 but you could have left out the last paragraph though. Too negative outside of the Negativity thread is what I was after. Try to clean that up next time or wait until draft day when the draft thread will have those privileges of the Negativity thread and you can discuss how those thoughts will be impacted by the draft. I think everyone will like what we have planned for the draft day thread. Just hold your water or take the negativity you just posted in the last paragraph to the Master thread. Thanks.

As I said before, I will post my full season predictions in the Rams 2013-2015 Schedule Sticky before we kick off the regular season.

For now however I say if we can go 2-2 going into week 5 @ Green Bay, we may be favored in more games than you suggest.

The 4 games after the bye week seem the most winnable. They would probably need to be 6-3 heading into Baltimore. Cardinals later on in the season sounds better than earlier on in the season...what are the odds of Palmer lasting the season? The Lions defense probably wont be as good last year. Tampa Bay might have Winston or Mariota which sounds terrible on paper. @seattle late is bad. No way to spin that. @San Francisco late might be good.

Yeah I do like the 4 home games in a row week 12-15. Good teams have to win at hm. But we could be 1-4 after the first 5 games which would be a rough start.
