Why We Should Pray They Win Lottery: This would get McDavid into the New York sports market; and since he’ll play in New Jersey, that means he’ll be at a minimum the 24th or 25th most famous athlete in New York, behind the Yankees’ No. 3 starter and ahead of the Giants’ long snapper.

Agree on all points. At least he's in the West. How about Buffalo's GM saying "I'm disappointed for our fans"? That has to make Eichel feel great.

It will likely be between Crouse and Marner for us.

I'm laughing so much at the reason for not winning. The guy sounds like some grumpy media person who got told no for a player interview and he's been holding the grudge for years.

this kid course is a power forward which I don't think we need but if he turns into the next Rick Nash I'm all for that.

Rantenan is a rw which we need but I don't like euro and they mention his game similar to miko kovui. Not digging that.


Mariner I like what I read about him. I love that he is a play maker that can still net 20.


It's tough. Me personally I want a pure sniper 100% goal scoring. Course seems he would top out at 25-35 a year.

Marner could put up 20 and 80pts which is nice for a #1 center.

I will be shocked if marner is still there at 6.


We will have the pick of course rantenan or one of the top d men.

Can't say I know much about our guys but it would be a shame to let this Kujawinski kid walk for nothing. 3rd round pick, he's a center with decent size, we don't have much depth up front in the system so hopefully they can figure something out with him.
