Thanks. First I heard of this.

It's a good proposal. However, I don't think is that ground breaking. Just seems kind of natural, of extending when the current deadlines to stay or withdraw from the draft, until a bit later.

When I first saw the headline, I thought it meant that a player could get drafted, return to college, then rejoin that NBA team in a different year. Now that would be ground breaking.

I like how he's very specific about the plays he likes and doesn't like.

Or he's conscious of strategy, and how sometimes he's concerned about running the same thing in a compressed time frame, because the opposing team might be ready for it.
