Hicks with an awesome 4 hit game today. I really hope these past two games are a sign. Yesterday, turned on a hit and run pitch and drove the ball. New he needed to make contact and he put a great swing on the ball.

Today was beauty. Great AB's. Opposite field double. Line drive single up the middle. Triple down first base line. Line drive double into right field corner.

We are playing horrible but we need this. Sucks we missed on Willy's trade value but his injury is also a plus. Keep playing Arcia, Hicks and Parm. See what they got.

Hopefully Mastroianni back soon for Clete. Mastro has the perfect skill set for a late inning runner/defense replacement and he bats right handed to spell the main 3 who all bat left(Hicks switch).

The Twins aren't my number one team but since my maternal grandmother grew up in Winona
I do pull for them frequently. And since they're playing the "Sinstripes", as I call them, tonight will be one of those times.

My Red Sox are playing Oakland tonight, but I plan to check the Twins score during
commercial breaks at least.
