The committee should however move Washington ahead of Clemson. Clemson has been shaky most of the year while Washington has been dominate most of the year.

This isn't just conference championship. I think you may be forgetting Penn State beat Ohio State as well . Same amount of wins,9-1 to 8-1 in conference play,H2H win and conference championship
