Funny you should mention that.......I had a conversation with someone about how guys like Colon, Tiant, CC and many other fat pitchers, have remained the most durable throughout history, while this new wave of pitchers that are lean/muscular, etc. all go down by the dozens

CC Sabathia shut out the Red Sox for eight innings, allowing just five hits, in the Yankees' 8-0 win Friday.

Sabathia had a 1.47 ERA in his first three starts, a 9.58 ERA in his next four and now a 1.11 ERA in his last five. He's probably going to start giving up more homers -- it's hard not to in Yankee Stadium --

Definitely will still mix in a few stinkers in games he completely misses his spots, cause when he does, you and I will hit him

But since last season now, more good than bad
