Wouldn't it depend on opponent?
If its Warriors he may never see the court.
If it's Spurs, you better put some big body out there or you'll continue to get torched by real C's.
i guess we shall see right? I am more than confident- time will again- of course, vindicate.

and thats EXACTLY what you dont do when you are teh superior team- let the other team dictate the style that you play.

If you say so.
You're in denial though.
There is a reason Cavs are despetate to add a C.

I know exactly why the Cavs are desperate to add a C. Two words...

We all know how confident you are by how you accept bets.

I'll make a bet w/ you but can I pick the game to bet on & can I pick my winner after the contest is over?

This is the most laughable thread i've seen on these boards in a long time.

From CBS Sports:

The long and winding road of Larry Sanders’ NBA career comeback might finally have hit a dramatic moment. Sanders has been mentioned for years as “staying ready” or “preparing for” a comeback after retiring from the league, basically to go hang out and be young. But it turns out that NBA money is a pretty good reason to work for a living at it, and finally, he might have found a team desperate enough to take a chance on him.

Honestly, this feels like some sort of ongoing cold war accumulation of borderline NBA players. The Cavaliers got Dahntay Jones. The Warriors added Anderson Varejao. Then Golden State added JaVale McGree. Now the Cavaliers add Sanders. We’re two steps from Golden State Warrior Stephen Marbury and Cleveland Cavalier DeShawn Stevenson. What’s the worst NBA player that you can take on and still win an NBA championship?

no- they USED - their days of winning the lotto are long over.

Cavs will win tonight, but they wont come close to stopping Vuc if he's healthy.

Didn't you watch Heat/Cavs II?

1st half Cavs were afraid to leave Whiteside, but then others were burying 3's.
2nd half, Cavs tried to guard shooters and Heat just worked inside out.

If the Cavs had a weapon like Whiteside around the rim they would have a FIELD DAY with James on the court.

well its a good thing the Warriors dont have a center ;) and the Cavs have Kevin Love to make any slow plodding center pay big time.

If Warriors don't get a healthy Durant back, they aren't making the Finals IMO.
If he is back healthy they don't/won't need a C.

If Love isn't back and healthy, your margin of error to make the Finals isn't much if at all.

ehh we will see

i know a lot of people wont agree with me on this - but id rather of had them sign Varejao....

do we really need another guy to integrate intothe team? let alone a guy that hasnt played NBA basketball in 4 years.

VArejao would have brought someone who at least has played in the league- should be in relatively decent basketball shape- and has played with Kyrie, Thompson, and LeBron before.

Sanders wont be in basketball shape--- he definitely has a higher ceiling- but its hard for me to imagine a circusmtance where he is contributing in the playoffs when they sign him on MArch 10th and he hasnt played in years

but we shall see----the guy has all kinds of talent obviously.
Agree 100%

Would it be awesome if he pulled a Bison Dele with the Bulls?

Sure.

But, that s highly unlikely.

He quit so that he could smoke weed 24/7.

That doesn't exactly scream " highly motivated ".

I'm guessing by his eagerness to return to the court, that $40m well is about to run dry.

I forgot how long they stretched his salary.

But, I would only give him a 1 and 1 deal, with a Team option obviously...
