It wont be that bad he will actually have a running back and an offensive line in Buffalo.... If he could generate enough offense with Old Man Manning and OLine you had we should be ok..... Also lets not forget he made Brock look like a serviceable QB so how bad could he really be.

I guess with Dennison I've always thought he was more of a figurehead. Kubiak called the plays, ran the offense... I guess I just kind of view him as a glorified gopher.

That maybe the case, you certainly would know better than me. I can just go by what I see and though he wouldnt have been my first choice I think he can make a real difference. Also like I said with Brock. Dennison would be the guy he is learning from and sees everyday in meetings and practice so what you saw out of Brock was Dennisons work, which gives me hope that if we keep Taylor he can get the most out of him.

Dennison is highly intelligent and not a bad hire he won a SB with a very suspect OL . His Work with OL's for so many years has him very Savvy these guys are not adding up his NFL IQ .

NFL LB/ST player to add to all is Coaching and you got a guy that understands all of the ways each side is trying to go about what they are trying to achieve .


I would much rather have Dennison as our Head Coach .

Dennison is very low keyed so he does not get rattled .. He was really patent with The OL last year I thought he was nuts but it pay off during the playoff's because they were not terrible ..

You get a decent OL and like you said a RB worth a crap he will be just fine as a OC as long as your coach can also help some with half time adjustments .

I am not saying Dennison cannot but I would still want that with any team is all .

That is why I Despise our Head Coach hire and will not be to worried about the Broncos the next few years

We will have a new head coach with in 3 years .

We will pick top 5 picks the next 2 year more than likely .

We are now full rebuild . I am now okay with that But I will not be to into the Broncos the next few years no need .

Dennison was not our OC that was Kubiak yes Dennison was helping but you was see Kubiak .

Because I believe in production and Vance Joseph is terrible hire if you believe in production.

I will bet that we will not win 5 games next year .

I will bet our Defense will drop out of top 10 .

I will bet we will give 26 points a game .

Why Elway thinks a DC with one year of Experience and had the #27 Defense is any better than Dennison who I would not hire by the way as a head Coach

I don't get hiring a person with not one time being great when we had a chance at someone that had be great . and is still proving Elway wrong .

In each of Vance Joseph's seasons as DB coach of the Bengals, they went to the playoffs - the year he leaves and goes to Miami, the Bengals fail to make the playoffs ..

So Vance goes to the Dolphins - a team that hadn't been to the playoffs in 7 years ( .. and only once since 2002 ) ... and the Fins make the playoffs

And I cannot even comment on the Eric Decker / Emmanuel Sanders comparison

To me Head Coaching is not about X's and O's and completely about what type of game plan you can come up with. It is about being a psychologist, mentor, motivator, manager, and so on. They are involved in game planning yes but we still see the best teams let their coordinators do their job for the most part. The two teams in the Super Bowl have a DC and OC that do all the play calling during the game. In the Championship games I think only McCarthy is the only head coach that does some of the play calling for his team. Also on that note McCarthy when he became a Head Coach his offense the year before ranked in the 30's. Well he has won a Super Bowl and done pretty darn well making the playoffs I think every season since he took over.

So no I don't worry a whole lot about where Joseph's defense ranked his year at Miami. I worry about can he lead men and be a great communicator among his players, coaches, and the front office to make sure everybody is on the same page. Can he manage those groups to make sure he is getting the most out of each of them? Can he handle conflict because it will happen?

Look I get it my thought process is not wanted what so ever . I have total respected that . I only read this thread because one reason . I have stopped reading all post in Forum .

I am not a troll so at this point I have nothing to contribute .
