That said, OSU getting in isn't as much a crime as UW. OSU is arguably a top 4 team. UW is maybe a 12-15 team. I'll say Tide rolls those pretenders by a minimum of 28.

PSU has 2 losses, tOSU only has 1.

PSU's came to (8-4) Pitt by 3 & (10-2) UM by 39, tOSU's came to (11-2) PSU by 3.

It's debatable whether tOSU was the better team or not, but they were definitely the most deserving.

Because we have basically stated that conference championships are meaningless and the entire season is completely irrelevant. If you have a big name, you will be given the benefit of the doubt and fuck everything else. Let's all schedule FCS, a MAC and a Sunbelt team because losses are all that matter.

No. What has been stated is that Conference Championships are ONE FACTOR among many that the committee uses in determining who the "4 very best football teams are". As is Head to Head. As is Common opponents. As is strength of schedule. Etc. Etc. Etc.
