Right now CLE is running away with it, but I went for CHI.
The Browns have gutted most all the vets off the team save Joe Thomas and a couple other OL guys...they are SUPPOSED to be bad...I'm not sure what the Bears are doing...they have a vet QB, a solid WR1 and I'm not sure what else.
