Have to go with the Browns - they just do not have the talent. The Skins will bounce back to respectability and the rest of the teams listed have enough talent to win games but with the talent the Browns lack and being on their 3rd QB in 3 games - sheesh!

The Browns have gutted most all the vets off the team save Joe Thomas and a couple other OL guys...they are SUPPOSED to be bad...I'm not sure what the Bears are doing...they have a vet QB, a solid WR1 and I'm not sure what else.
