and where he belongs all time?

I do have him in the top 10 all time but i dont think him or anybody else will touch the 6 players of Jordan, Wilt, Kareem, Bird, Magic, and Russell.
He didn't make my top 10.

One of the best players of his generation.

All time he ranks like this:

Jordan, Kareem, Wilt, Magic, Russell, Bird, Shaq then Bryant so #8.

It's very difficult to compare great players. It's like comparing 2 hot models both with great tits and great asses.

Tough to find a big difference.

Kobe was great and Duncan was great. But they played 2 different positions.

A few years ago I think it was a lot closer between Bryant and Duncan- now, with how Kobe has not won even a single playoff game in the last 3 years due to a poor roster and injury- while Duncan racked up another title and very solid seasons I think it has to go to Duncan just based on the entire body of work.

The Spurs took care of Duncan the last few years. The Lakers did not take care of Bryant(physically- they took care of him monetarily! LOL....that is for SURE!). That looks to be a major part of the difference.

Thats why I hope the CAvs continue to treat LeBron like the Spurs treated and are still treating Duncan once he hit that 30 year mark.

Kobe just had too much pride- and didnt know when to sit down and take a break once in a while during the dog days ofthe NBA season in Dec, Jan, Feb etc...year after year. While you admire Kobe's determination- it obviously was not the smart thing to do long term.

I'll take Duncan over Kobe, as well. Kobe isn't even a top 3 Laker of all-time.

Shaq >>> Bryant too IMO.

Kobe is my #10 behind MJ, Lebron, Shaq, Duncan, Wilt, Russell, Bird, Magic, and Kareem.

Agree. I see Kobe as top 10 all-time, but ranked like 8-10. Can't really see him higher than 8.

Lakers fans have had it good - We have had more parades in the last twenty years then any other team in the NBA

Not arguing but can you name 20 players better than LeBron? Talent wise and stats, I think he's up there.

Yeah people are just biased because they don't like Lebron. No denying he is a top 20 FOR SURE player of all time and honestly anyone that doesn't have him as a top 10 player is off their rocker.

Go look at Lebron's career thus far compared to Magic Johnson entire career. If Lebron isn't a top 10 player neither is Magic.

Lebron has undoubtedly been the best player in the NBA for the last decade. There is only a couple players in the history of the game that can say that about (and quite a few in that top 10 that you can't).

I'm surprised you didn't list Kurt Rambis.
