That look like a "forward pass" to you? Look at the hash marks. B.S. call.

Still scored on that drive.
Would need a better camera angle than that. I remember the offensive lineman being clearly forward in a better shot during the holiday bowl. But there's no way that was close to the play of the game adore'e blowing throw half the huskers D like the were standing still was far more impressive

One other thing I forgot about watching that game again: Our OL was absolutely decimated by injury. 3rd string center. Missing guards and tackles, and the guys that were in were playing on one leg or with one arm.
Aside from big cat our defense was shaky all year on quite a few occasions. They also spent a lot of time in the field

For real though those Junipero Serra kids... There's something in the water at that H.S. because they churn out DB's and pure athletes like crazy.

Jackson's gonna be a good one. Fun to watch.

The part that surprised me was buck Allen out performing Abdullah. I was expecting Abdullah to have a field day

I'd say Demornay Pierson-El is overall the better football player. I'd take him over Jackson at this point.

That's no slight to Jackson. DPE is the best player in space in the country IMO.

Like I said the OL was decimated. Can't roll up big numbers behind a 3rd string center. Had to spread 'em out.

I like that they slot him in at WR he's a playmaker. It should be fun to watch Jackson paired up with Iman Marshall at cb when he's ready. Marshall was one of the big targets on signing day. Not sure if you've gotten to see any of his HS game tapes but he's got the makings of a physical shut down corner and he can fly too. They also bolstered the DL and LB's. They're building a solid team

We threw it 51 times.

Most all year by far. Tommy outperformed your Heisman candidate passing, running, and scoring.

All I know is I'm not salty about that game and I respect USC. That was a fun game to watch. Two blue bloods in a track meet. I was just proud of thee mighty Huskers for playing as well as they did considering the fact that they just lost their head coach in a really fucked up divorce.

EXPLICIT: Raw audio of Bo Pelini's final meeting with Nebraska players

It's a miracle they even got 'em to show up to the game.

Yeah I was just watching more videos of Marshall. SC played a typical 2014 game. Come out strong in the first half. Let a team back in in the 2nd half. The run ate into Jesskers yardage especially the big ones. I watched SC let off the gas too many times last year. Thankfully it wasn't another replay of the Utah or ASU games. It was starting to look eerily familiar. You guys had a few play calls that had me scratching my head a bit rapidly on 3rd downs.

I really hate to say this but PAC titles. No natty but the PAC has been gaining a lot of steam. As a conference they showed to hold a considerable talent gap over the other power 5s last season

Well then, congrats on your stellar year, the PAC is now anointed king of CFB. I would say to pat yourself on the back the next time the PAC wins a National Championship with a program that did it clean, not cheatin like USC tainted titles.

:suds:

Trivia Question:
Outside of USC, name the last PAC team to finish #1 in the AP Poll???

You don't throw as much when you have the lead which USC had most of the game and when your RB is having a great game and you also don't need to throw long . So of course your QB is going to complete a lot of passes because your throwing to catch up and USC with a depleted defense (NFL bound seniors didn't play) USC played prevent only substituting two all game on defense . Your QB threw 20 more times and had about the same amount of yards. That's not outplaying anyone.
