Having the flagship school beat by OU last year and Ohio State this year.

Having it's golden goose division going 2-5 in bowls.

Yep, the talking heads cannot atone for their arrogance and utterly wrong spin about SEC as the best conference. Hats off to all teams that proved the bobbleheads wrong. Sorry if you are a SEC fan and if you bought into the hype.

The SEC was down this year, they just didn't play many tough out of conference games to show it, until the bowl season rolls around. People can say oh they didn't want to be there but Notre Dame didn't want to be at the Music City bowl any more than LSU and TCU didn't want to play in Peach Bowl any more than Ole Miss so that is a lame excuse. The flagship division of the SEC went 2-5 in their bowl games, I guess they weren't as stellar as ESecPN wanted to make them out to be.
