The fact that the Bears organization believes that this will help the Bears just shows how ignorant and messed up the Bears from top to bottom really are. There is no talent in Chicago but Forte. Marshall has slowed down and Jeffrey is ok but lacks speed. This so called experts that say the Bears have to much talent to be this bad are just blind or plain stupid. Just saying.

Pro Football Talk is speculating that they are benching him because they want to try trading him in the offseason and don't want him to do any more damage to his body, or his reputation. That kind of makes sense. But no one will trade for Cutler and that contract. He will have to be cut.

There is plenty of talent on the Bears Offense, just not on the o-line, and apparently the QB.

Forte is a stud. Marshall is still a beast. Jeffrey is on his way to beast. Martellus Bennett is a beast.

their o-line is above average imo. forte is a stud pass catching running back. I don't think he has broken a tackle in 2 yrs. he is the worst goal line back in the league. he got stuffed on 2 carries from the 1 in the fricken pro bowl

Injuries can account for much of that. I doubt Mills will ever be the same...big guys and foot injuries generally deal with it forever. Bushrod is nowhere near the pro bowl form he was said to be. Garza is a good leader I guess?
