Why is not? HE wins 9 with less resources every year. I am not sure there is a lot of evidence in the results that would put Richt way ahead of Pelini. The list just shows your performance weighted for talent. Richt happens to lose a more than a game a year vs inferior talent and rarely beats more talented teams. The system has holes in it, but it is an interesting data pt on what a coach is doing with his talent.
