I mean, what do you expect? The Earl Clarks of the world are really the only players out there to sign with the exception money. The money is more beneficial for LA as flexibility to work trades, but its not like LA has assets any other team would want. You either looking at being a third or fourth part in a trade to make salaries match between teams or you're a dumping ground for a team looking to unload a contract so they can sign a player once buyouts start happening at the start of 2015. Trades are something to watch for.

Well then....He isn't being signed with exception money. He'll be signing for the veteran minimum, they'll most likely use Nash's 4.85 medical exception in a trade.
