that's not what im saying though. ITS COMMON FOR DRIVERS TO BE ON THE TRACK after a wreck. HINTS other drivers should be aware of safety workers and OTHER DRIVERS on the track under cation.

Yeah, but most of them are smart enough not to run into on coming traffic. Even if it was just a heat of the moment deal when he almost got creamed by the car in front of Stewart, that should have woke him up a bit.

This will be the stuff of bar talk for quite awhile I suppose. Everybody will have an opinion they are convinced is right. I will leave it to law enforcement who will no doubt look at all the videos from all angles, consult experts, interview drivers, then make an informed decision to arrest or not. I'm simply not qualified as I don't race Sprint cars, just my humble Trans Am.

That's it for me.

thats exactly what happened, im willing to bet.

It looks like his rear tire hit him, so with a Hans device on you couldn't turn your head and see him at that point. He got way too close as Tony drove by.

Yeah it's common for drives to be on track. It's even common for them to run down the track like that and show their displeasure with drivers.

But I don't think you can say he was just trying to get to the infield.

Except your point has absolutely nothing to do with the topic at hand.

disagree... some of you are trying to hammer home this argument the driver should have never been there in the first place. which i stated is not exactly the case.

In jeffro's post here.

I showed videos of sprint cars under pace speed that didn't need to do anything mentioned. If he was at race speed, I would totally agree. But at pace speed it's bullshit.

I'd say the fact that he was struck by the rear tire of a car trying to avoid him just after another car had to take evasive action to miss him that he was running in to oncoming traffic.

And since when do almost and close have different meanings?

And the kid was struck by the rear tire.

And he stepped towards Stewart's car at a pretty dumb point in time as well where reaction time is very low.

And that he was struck by the rear tire is the proof that Tony hitting the gas is what killed him.

you have no idea where tony was before he came by and hit the driver... did he come up the track and hit him???

sorry, i didn't see a car take evasive action, i seen a driver make a left while the driver was walking down the track. these cars turn on a dime you know.

The experts are saying the exact opposite. Until now I knew nothing about this so I'm going to trust them on this. If it was obvious Stewart maliciously killed this guy, I think there'd be outrage from the family and racing community and the authorities wouldn't have made it clear that no charges are pending.
