Last season proved that they cannot compete without Westbrook. There is just not enough firepower outside of him and Durant to compete with the best teams in the west.

OKC should be fine. If they can still be in top 3 seed position when he comes back within striking distance of the top 2 seed, I think they will get it.

They will be fine. Playoffs is different than the regular season. They won't be playing a contender every night while he is out and their role players improved.

That sucks. They could certainly fall to around the 5 seed or so but their bench is pretty deep and they still have Reggie Jackson.

They just lack that dominant 2nd scoring option behind Durant, with Westbrook being out. But they have some solid role players who get the job done. It really is a well built team.

They are a well built team, but losing Harden for Lamb has forced Westbrook and Durant to have to play at a high level every night in order to have the record they currently have. If there are any more set-backs for Westbrook this year the Thunder will lose playoff positioning, running the risk of a playing hard first round match-up and a early playoff exit.

OKC was the one team I was the most worried about playing if and when Indy get to the Finals. I don't know how I feel about this. Partly bad because I want to beat them at full strength, and partly good because I have waited over 20 years and I want a championship already, no matter how I do it. I don't know.

That was a tough trade, but they weren't going to be able to afford all 3, a move had to be made, just sucks it wasn't a significant one for the Thunder.

Reggie has been fairly solid thusfar...and the addition of a big man without two club left feet is nice to have.

If anything, I think this gives the Thunder chances to get the bench more minutes. This could actually be a really GOOD thing as long as Russ comes back at 110%...I think everyone knows he pushed it getting back on the court.
