Michigan or Nebraska. Michigan state is terrible.
You guys love to mess around with teams the first 3 quarters, and then squash them in the 4th. You've done it two games in a row. Get the other teams hopes up, and then dash them sometime late in the game.
Yeah, we'd better get past that nonsense fast. If we catch a high-powered offense along the way, we'll pay for it.
So what makes you think Michigan can't beat Nebraska?
We played NW on the road, not at home. Iowa always gives us a fight when we play them, no matter what it seems. Just one of those things.
I think Michigan can and probably will beat Nebraska, but I don't know if it will matter.
Michigan will likely have 2 B1G losses after the OSU game. If Michigan were to beat both Nebraska and MSU, the winner of the MSU vs. Nebraska game will likely only have 1 B1G loss on the season. Michigan State has a pretty weak B1G schedule remaining outside of Michigan and Nebraska. They may just have to beat Nebraska to win the Legends this year, as a loss to Michigan might not matter.
After what Indiana did to Michigan at home? Probably? I would say 50-50 at best...

Don't get me wrong. M is a tough out in the big house. But they are not playing consistently good ball right now. That being said, Nebraska isn't either. Let's talk after Minney and NW. Right now I would give M the standard "at home" points in a spread. M by 3...

has already dismissed embarrassing wins over Akron & UConn and a train wreck @ Penn State as aberrations...and is gloating over the record-setting epic battle against (get this) Indiana.
I'm a big fan of momentum. If Michigan can go into East Lansing and beat MSU the week before Nebraska, I think it will swing things in Michigan's favor the following week. If Michigan loses that game, and especially if it is a heartbreaker, it could break the team for the remainder of the season.
I'm drinking a lot of kool aid these days, but I think the Legends is such a weak side of the conference that Michigan beats both MSU and Nebraska the next two games. Regardless, I'm not confident that Michigan will be able to beat OSU, so I think they may be on the outside looking in when it comes to the B1GCC.
How did Nebraska do against Michigan and Wisconsin in 2011 when they played them on the road?
How did Nebraska do against Ohio State on the road and Wisconsin in the CCG in Indianapolis?
What did most of those games have in common? Not in Lincoln. A better than average opponent. A night game. A scrambling QB except for the CCG Wisconsin game. That was just Nebraska thinking they had the game won before Nebraska played. Bad coaching is what that was.
Nebraska loses against Michigan in Ann Arbor. Devin Gardner is a scrambling QB. Michigan will more than likely play the perfect game against Nebraska.
After the South Dakota State game, I thought Nebraska would finish 7-5. Once B1G play started, I was able to see how bad the B1G Legends in their Own Mind Division was.
Nebraska sucks the least of the Legends and will back into the CCG when Michigan loses to Ohio State.
Oh, we have our faults and have been bad at times - but have never been bad enough to only score 1 offensive TD against one of the nations worst teams (Purdue). Basically we're arguing over which average to below average team is going to win the division - Nebraska and Michigan happen to be less bad than really bad MSU.

you seem a reasonable Wolverine fan (as opposed to your millions of Walverine brethren.) IF your team beats MSU in East Lansing, you & I both know that when MICH hosts NEB the next week there will be a slew of 1st stringers watching the game from the sidelines. Yall skunkbears MIGHT win one of the two, but -more likely- go down ugly in both.
I think MICH finishes 3-5/7-5.
