IMO, Jarrett can run with anyone in coverage. As far as Bonner, well....

If Exum is back (and I dont think he will be just thrown in as starter as much as worked in), I would play Exum and Facyson at CB, Kendall at Rover, Jarrett and deep safety and Kyle at nickel since we will be in nickel most of the next two games.

Looks like UNC is down to ECU early. Good game to watch to gauge our chances next week since we were pretty close with ECU. Not sure which team we should want to win, probably won't matter for strength of schedule.

Exum might be a great NFL CB but someone who is 5"11 and 220 lbs and can cover/tackle will be a great Safety as well.

Calling it now....ECU upsets UNC this weekend and they roll into the game with us with much less confidence..and we roll into it with muich more confidence (after this Thursday ).

That UNC vs ECU game *should* (I know it wont) quiet some of the VT nay-sayers who are leaning on the fact that we struggled with ECU and Marshall

IF UVA loses to Ball State, they lose out and CML doesn't coach another game after this season. He may not coach all of the games this season. All hell breaks loose, they lose Kamara (who seems far from a lock at this point) and possibly Brown and/or Blanding

Despite the logjam at corner, the coaches have no inclination to move Exum back to safety.

“When he’s full-go, he’s going to play cornerback,” Gray said.

Gray also said Kyle Fuller’s foray at whip linebacker against Georgia Tech was a one-time thing. Cornerback remains his primary position now that the Hokies are back in their base defense.

lol we've been over this brah. VT, offensively, doesn't beat teams down anymore. If the line stays at UNC +7, take UNC. Our kicking situation is also God awful. My guess is still around 24-20 VT.
