So he was like.... the Brandon Jackson of his time, without the Super Bowl ring...

And yeah, he's well spoken, but he has a corny/lame sense of humor and he (like we said) gets carried away with the hyperbole.

I like the guy as a person though. Pretty much the only non-scumbag at 1620 right now.

Eh...He played behind Lawrence Phillips and/or Ahman Green his entire career. Two Nebraska greats.

Damon was a good RB and a great 'team player'.

Atleast it's only only 2 and they haven't played a down for us yet. But brown had big potential coaches raved about him last year alot.

I'm hearing brown had some previous incidents?? Not sure what or if its true. But he isn't getting charged so I guess this wasn't his first f up.

Word is that Brown had had a few "incidents" prior to this. Anybody know what that is in reference to?

I alluded to the possibility they were already on the "short leash" in post #61.

A lot of disciplinary issues down there (and everywhere else) are handled internally so the media/fans never hear about it.

Even if this incedent were more minor, they still may have gotten the three strikes you're out rule.

So.... nobody knows of any previous disciplinary issues with Brown? Can't remember who tweeted it but it went something along the lines of 'Brown has not made good decisions since arriving in Lincoln' and then went on to call him a trouble maker.
