Rivera is not a good coach. He only had 1 great year out of 13. Rivera is stubborn and antiquated in his coaching style. Rivera reminds me of Spurrier-brought his players and personnel over here from Carolina expecting a different result, but of course it hasnt worked out just like Spurrier failed.

The next team in the nfl who considers the coach centric model needs to look at riveras 4 years here. That should be enough to help them decide against it.
