I have a clue also, and I know what I see, Ken Norton is a terrible defensive coordinator … Seattle would improve dramatically with a guy that understands how to attack an offense … And I’m not saying they’ll suddenly be the best defense in the NFL, but they’ll improve strategically and have a better chance to win ..

Defense could help themselves a lot by not letting the Vikings go almost perfect on 3rd down

LMAO Norton plays inside Pete Carroll's Defense. Unless we improve the "talent" at DT/DE and CB we wont see much better than this. Carroll's defense is all about players doing their job and understanding the concepts and designs of plays ran by the opposing teams offense. When the team gets beat on defense if you just "pay attention" you will see players on defense out of position. Pete Designed this defense and Norton just has to run it.
