I'd be surprised if they didn't give it 1 more season with maybe a tweak or 2 around them.

Having said that, I'm also surprised Doc is gone whether he quit or got fired. Didn't think either would happen.

I'll bet the Lakers would give up Jared Dudley and JR Smith for him. He' might be able to have a decent playoff performance caddying for Lebron, AD and The Bald Mamba.
