i don't know if this entire playlist is going to show up or if just only the first song. The playlist is several hours long.

But this group (tragically hip) was very popular up this way. they never really caught on throughout the south and west though. the lead singer has passed on and this playlist is heavy in their later years but mixes in some of their earlier stuff quite nicely to. the evolution of their music from their early years to their later years was something special, imo.

the lead singer, Gord Downie, passed away a couple of years ago from brain cancer. he is one of those that will never be replaced. Ever.
