Not to sidetrack the football conversation, but the Swiss army is actually nothing to fuck with. You can’t be officially neutral without being able to defend your turf. And there’s a reason the “Swiss Guard” have been the Pope’s private bodyguards for hundreds of years.

They’ve also got mandatory military service for every male, and I’ve seen fighter jets fly out of runways built into mountainsides which is pretty fucking cool.
