Centers don't get max deals, they suck.

Why don’t you at least have the respect to bring up what I actually said. Every position is important.
Every position can lose you a game. There’s a hierarchy in positional importance and Centers not near the top. They just aren’t.
There also no such thing as max deals in the NFL, that’s an NBA term.

Once a player gets a max deal, what's left to play for? Pushing for a higher cap and a higher max deal? Either uncap the whole thing, and let's see how much abuse the fans can take, paying through the nose, or let the owners negotiate a market rate.

The only thing that's ever bothered me about NFL salaries is that the only competition / consistent minor professional league for these guys is the CFL. The USFL, Arena and haha- AAF never had enough permanence to dispel the NFL's monopoly.

They're important now after a year and a half of everybody telling you how important of a position it is. You had little respect for the position. Yes, obviously max deals are in the NBA. Also super max deals.

Are you asking if each player should take as much as they can get ? Or are you asking if all guys should make crazy money because the league makes so much ?

Personally I like it when guys take less to help the team but in a fan so I want my team to have more flexibility cap wise. Most guys should take the biggest deal they can get because , in football , your shelf life is short and huge money can not only take care of them but their family well after they're gone

Far from everybody. Go back to the original post and the majority of posters ranked them very low so you’re completely wrong.
QB are really important and they get drafted high
DLine is really important and they get drafted high
Kickers aren’t important and get drafted low
But somehow Centers are this crucial SB winning position but GMs simply refuse to use elite picks on them. Wonder why.

Yes or no.

Regardless of market value, value
To team, talent. Everyone deserves maximized deals.

Maybe, after a certain amount of money other things should come into play. In other words, if the difference in contracts is a million a yr, but you're making $10 mil a yr on a good team, I wouldn't take $11 or 12 mil a yr to play on a bad team. On the other hand, if I'm making $2 mil a yr...$3 mil a yr is a big deal...maybe I would take the higher contract on a lessor team.

Generally speaking, you're condensing a lifetime of income into a 3 to 10 window as an NFL player so players have to cash out on that 2nd contract.

You are still about confusing that it's harder to find qua QBs, DEs, and OTs than it is to find Cs. If each draft only produced 3 to 5 NFL Centers they'd go high in. Likewise if the draft provided more NFL QBs they wouldn't dominate the 1st rd.

Teams find centers and they stick around for 10+ years. Teams roll the dice on QBs and pray they work out

Draft = Supply and Demand.

This thread needs deleted, Makes about as much sense as me posting "Do you think you should be paid for your job?"

Actually your an idiot and can’t comprehend the point.

The difference is value. Should I get paid yes. Am I worth million no.
Is every ball player worth’s butt ton of money , no.

Should U be paid to wash dishes? Sure. Are you worth 25 an hour. No

The dishwasher analogy is a good one. Should a dishwasher or busboy at your favorite restaurant get a guaranteed salary (even at a lower number) like the executive chef? Obviously not. Even though the wage scale is different, the dishwasher can be replaced with anybody. The chef can't.
We saw some signings of ILB's this off season that are confounding. Guys that although have some potential getting paid well above the likes of Kuechly and Wagner even though these guys haven't really done anything or coming off big injuries. Makes no sense.
