Sure I'm just making the claim that he will get many offers from desperate teams. Like the Lakers (sorry but they are all messed up after this rough year)
Yeah, it'll be interesting to see what the Lakers do.
I think they're top priorities are obviously, signing a top FA and/or trading for AD.
If neither of those pan out. They still aren't out of options.
I could see them looking to sign a couple of 2nd tier types for less than max deals and hoping that the combination of playing alongside Lebron and KD leaving the Warriors (if he does), is enough to put them in the mix in the West.
I could see them taking a flyer with Boogie too, but would hope that they didn't give him a max unless they feel he is all the way back or very close it.
I could also see them doing more of the 1 year type deals to hold their cap space for 1 more season if they don't feel like they can get the help they need to truly compete.
