Am I the only one who can’t wait for the first press conference when he gets bombarded with questions about deleting texts messages?

Or for some reporter with a lot of time on their hands to try and use the FOI act to have his school issued phone subpoena’d to run the forensic software to retrieve the deleted texts.

I miss the circus atmosphere surrounding this topic. We need more entertainment!! At least until Saturday

if they do decide to not focus on football and the game, they should be ignored or kicked out. I'd make a statement in the beginning that no questions other than football will be answered. so they can ask away until they are blue in the face and waste their time if they want...........

I guess fans of shitty teams are still obsessed with this. Time for college football...time to move on. Let that crazy couple work it out in court and hope we never see a report from McMurphy again.
That's how it's been this entire time. Fans of teams that Ohio State owns that are desperate to try and be competitive with OSU again.

It is why I said — if OSU were smart, they would have release the finding from the investigation before Meyer was available for the press conference.

By not doing so — it will now get dragged into the season and it won’t go away. It will continue to be asked to him until they get a response. The media is relentless. If he doesn’t answer — I wouldn’t be surprised in the least bit if they go the ‘FOI’ route and try to subpoena for the phone as it is issued by the school.

Now that OSU is throwing Herman’s name out as the guy with Smith at the strip club — I wouldn’t be surprised if more stuff about Meyer or OSU is leaked by Herman’s camp. It is one big soap opera right now.

Hopefully some of yiu blind homers will grow up a bit as you get older. I love football as much as anyone but there are some lines that shouldn’t be crossed. Asking people to believe that your own wife didn’t show you something about one of your employees crosses that line, as does the act of protecting a criminal. The police are complicit as well. Sorry Homer’s, there is nothing wrong with holding people accountable.

This is only the tip of the iceberg. Pure evil lies in the heart of all Buckeye personnel and fans. We would kill all life on earth just to gaurantee an extra point in the upcoming Tulane game. I would not be surprised if Meyer himself ordered the beatings. We know for sure he pulled the trigger in Hernandez murder. Then framed that poor TE. He never did nothing. Worse of all he left the cupboard bare at Florida.

The police were involved, compliance was involved. How did Meyer protect Smith from anything criminal?

Ohh come on, you wouldn’t kill all life on earth. You’d just defend it and discredit it until the bitter end.

More that has to do with the university? Not yet. Wait for that before you start preaching from o so high.
Right. Just because it is about people at the university learning about a criminal investigation in contrast of police department protocols, why would anyone assume it has anything to do with the university?

Ah - the Mike Garret defense. "They're just jealous."

How'd that work out for USC again?

Is it being reported they took recruits there? If it isn't then who gives a shit

No idea, I just thought the headline was clickbait after I read the article and wanted to poke fun.

No. But it is being reported that they took high school coaches there. If that's true...the NCAA is likely to care.

Yeah, possibly, if they we're paying the coaches tab

Yeah, I don't know what the rule would be if they didn't pay their tab. Problem is, to find that out, the NCAA has to come sniffing around and I don't think any program wants that going on.

Please. Ohio State is so coated in Teflon the NCAA couldn't get Velcro to stick to them.
