That's a one and done that Washington fans aren't happy about. Home & away neutral site series tells me those teams not only hate the college atmopshere but they don't like their stadiums.
Washington would love to play a home & away series with Auburn. So, basically what you're saying is that Washington just doesn't want to get embarrassed in front of the home crowd?
Michigan has a two win edge in that series.“Michigan of the West” is giving Washington way too much credit.

Husky Stadium, home of the University of Washington Huskies, holds the record for loudest college football stadium with a whopping 133.6 decibel level.
I'm guessing they have some shitty home stadiums that they want to avoid playing at by the looks of it.
Still, I grew up a few miles outside of a town of 1000 people that had one red light in the whole town. The baseball field I played at had more seats.
And also, the loudness of a crowd is due to engineering of the stadium.
You can see this natty trophy inside the entrance of Husky Stadium. It’s a new thing... 2 Teams with natty history open the season on prime time TV. You have to actually win a natty first though.
Dam Orlando and Nawlins. I was close
I thought college football was whining about what other teams do when your team does the same thing, like play neutral site games and FCS teams. No it isn't. College tradition is whining about what other programs do even though it has no bearing on your own program whatsoever.
If it was underwhelming then we'd play our rivals at a neutral site.Pretty nice for a high school stadium. Underwhelming for college.
Oh yeah? Well . . . You're wrong!I thought college football was whining about what other teams do when your team does the same thing, like play neutral site games and FCS teams.

Both Husky and Autzen stadiums are loud. College atmosphere and all that.Does Washington have real rivals that people that aren't Washington fans watch?
I mean, personally, I think the Red River Rivalry is kinda cool, and it just wouldn't be the same if it wasn't in Dallas.
He's just pissy LSU whipped dat ass the last time we made the trip out West. Then don’t play them. There plenty of good teams out there willing to play home and homes. Don’t bash two teams that are doing something cool for the players by giving them an NFL stadium while still giving them feel of a real home and home while your team just bends over and takes whatever an SEC gives them so that they will play a game. Guess what, if everyone stopped playing the neutral site games then they would forced to play home and home. And as someone who bashed everyone else for playing Neutral site games, you should be all for this because it is the best of both worlds. But you are a troll so you are ok with what “your team” does, but bad mouth anyone else.
