Not in the traditional sense. Overrated means people think you are much better then you actually are. The link you posted says he’s an all time great but not the 3rd best player in the league at his older age. There’s a huge difference in the two scenarios we are presenting. Mine was saying in his prime Urlacher really wasn’t that good. Yours is saying, yeah he’s still really good but not top 3 at the end of his career.
If you can’t see the difference between one player being called overrated his entire career by tons and tons of people as compared to someone who might have been the greatest MLB ever getting voted as the 3rd best player at the tail end of his career as the same thing well I don’t know what to tell you.
