It's insane. He got offered 6m more a year than Devonta Freeman in salary, thinks he's going to beat that in the market next year.

Seattle is expected to have lots of cap space next year, so depending on how the rookie RB turns out and their new Oline? Seattle could be a potential landing spot?

That brings up the question is it just money or is he not happy in Shittsburgh?

As happy as Kawhi Leonard in San Antonio.

Age and "RB" don't mix. I honestly think the Stillers got bailed out here. They can tag him for a couple years for what they were going to pay him (unwisely) anyway over the longer term. Pick up another FA back for half the price after that.

He's also a guy I wonder how good he'd be outside of his current system.

NE can try him out the other 4 or do you anticipate another suspension?

I don't see Pitt tagging him. He's likely gone after this season. Pitt will abuse him another 400 times and let him walk unless they somehow aren't in playoff contention and they find a trade partner before the deadline.

Too may red flags to tag him. Suspensions, knees the amount of carries...

Best thing for Pitt to do is let him walk after abusing him this year. Find another RB in the draft or FA that can carry the rock a bunch.

They'll tag him for this coming season (2nd time) and then that's it, he'll be an UFA next off-season. If the Steelers wanted to tag him yet again, the price tag would be something absurd like $24 million, no way in hell that would ever happen
