It amazes me that most folks don't understand how thoroughly the Patriots crushed Seattle's spirit when they mounted the two comebacks and eventually won the SB.

Anybody with a functioning brain knew that the Pete Carroll era was done and all that was left was to watch the pretty colors of the smoldering ruins.
i dunno if id go that far

This pretty much means a cakewalk for the Rams this year. Maybe my boy Jimmy G can get the Niners close.

Garrapolo will be riding a gurney by week 8. He's a brittle bitch and I doubt he'll survive a full season of big boy football.

Ouch. That's gonna hurt their defense.

Pats didn't crush Seattle's spirits, Bevell's playcall did.

It's a shame to see how much the Legion of Boom have fallen since Sherman left the team for the 49ers. Kam retiring officially brings to an end of an era of defense dominance in the 2010s. Kam made a smart decision because I kinda fear if he continued on if he repeats a neck injury or suffer concussions. He'll be missed in the NFL.

Sorry no Trufant on my list even though the wife had an autographed shirt of his, framed and hanging in the game room. Now that we moved it's with one of her family members thank God.

It would have been better if she fucked with you and brought the Trufant jersey over to Asia.

Chancellor was one of the great hitters in the NFL.

Not many great hitters like that right now since it's become illegal to hit offensive players.

49ers' LB Reuben Foster is a nasty hitter (when he's not in the injury tent or on the defendant bench).

Landon Collins is a really hard hitter.

Bobby Wagner.

Von Miller.

Ha-ha C.Dix...

:rolleyes2: not really :mad2: we do have a bunch of Boston sports stuff coming this way though:yes:

Even though she was born and raised in WA, I kind of converted her to a becoming a Boston fan. She knows more Boston players than she does Seattle. Albeit her car had a Pats License plate on the back and a Hawks on the front:gaah:

I married a good one. She enjoys watching sports with me and never bothers me when I'm watching.

Bennett, Sherman, Avril, Chancellor gone. Earl Thomas might be next. Seahawks may not even have a league average defense next year.

We wont know how it would have turned out if the Hawks D was healthy that day. Sherman with one arm, ET with one Shoulder, Kam on one leg, Nickel CB torn ACL and broken arm on the same play and Avril Concussion. But yeah this franchise never recovered from that game. More so because of what happened at the 1 yard line.

It's a bummer that stupid TNF showed us the end of Kam Chancellor's career and the last of Richard Sherman's time in Seattle. That was one costly win.

Definitely going to be a transition year on defense, though none of the losses up to this point have been all that surprising or unplanned for. "Name" players are gone but that doesn't mean there isn't talent coming in behind. I look forward to seeing some of the younger, currently unknown players getting a chance to show what they can do. Reminds me a lot of where the team was in 2012.

Same here. I learned real quick during MNF, so not stand between her & the TV.

I can understand why you really, really, need to believe that. Boston sports fans are the most insecure sports fans in the world. They have to make everything about them. it must come from living in the shadow of NYC all those decades.
