Danny Boy must have a concussion.

That's the difference between him and Lebron. Lebron's trying to climb as high as he can because he's constantly being compared amongst ghosts. Durant isn't, and that's fine.
When LeOuttaTown leaves again that franchise will probably be an NBA cellar dweller for many years.
yep, i'm expecting Cleveland to be a total non-factor for a long time to come...
Or maybe Lebron just loves the game and wants to eventually play a season so he can face his kid?
I also highly doubt Durant actually retires at 35 unless he falls off dramatically in the next 3-4 years. This is all talk IMO.
You really think if he avg 25,6, & 4 on 49% shooting at age 34 that he is retiring the following year?
Who knows?
And it wasn't a knock on Lebron nor KD. Lebron's just got added motivation for playing past the age of 35. I'm sure they both love the game, but at 35, KD likely will feel that he has nothing left to prove and won't want to play.
KD motivation IMO should be winning a title on his own.
This goes back to that whole "Who's won a title on their own?" debate.
