One of the probs of having two hard asses like Posey and Bum as the team leaders.

And I'm totally fine with that, individually. I WANT my catcher to have that hard ass leadership mentality, and it totally plays up to Bum's stature.

But they lacked any other type of personality once guys like Sandoval, Affeldt, Pagan, Morse left. Pence was the only guy, it seemed like
