I never would've guessed that 3 games in the Cavs defense would be consistently very good while their offense has been mostly bad.

A lot of that is because of the Pacers. They aren't a great offensive team but they are a very good defensive team and they've dictated the pace most of the series so far.

That's why I'm not ready to give LeBron the "no help" pass or throw the rest of the Cavs players under the bus. The CAvs role players haven't played bad, the whole offense has just been a half-court grind. Those guys can't reasonably by expected to produce in that type of offense. (with the exception of Love who does need to step up offensively).

They need to figure out - as a team - how they're gonna get their offense going against the Pacers Defense. Just cause LeBron has been bailing them out offensively, doesn't mean he doesn't share a big part of that responsibility.

Man, the "Lebron's supporting cast is not enough" narrative is so annoying
Problem is they'll never be enough unless he's playing with 4 other AS. He's so much better than them that the standard is so high.

He's the only one with any shot. And the way he keeps getting injured...
Lol just stop, say you totally forgot about him playing with Kyrie the last 3 seasons & move on :heh:

Its just lazy analysis. When you watch the game and see how great he is playing and his team loses, its low-hanging fruit to go with that narrative.

But it turns out basketball is a team sport. A team losing while their best player puts up stats isn't necessarily an indication that the player is great or that the rest of the player's aren't great. Games are won and lost as a team.

Nope, I knew one of y'all would bring him up. I'm not at all convinced he's a lock for the HOF

Yep. I thought LeBron was the Finals MVP in 2015 not Iguodala.

Well then you're in denial. You can't ever talk about anyone who criticizes LBJ again because you'd be a hypocrite. SMH
