yeah. FWIW, Fangraphs' depth chart projections have them winning 1 more game (at 80-82) than everyone's dark horse (Brewers). the biggest problem is that while the Pirates have been scorng plenty of runs, there's a lot of expected regression though there's a lot of upside in guys like Bell/Polanco/Moran/Meadows (if he gets any real playing time). I don't think it's unreasonable for them to finish around .500, but I have a hard time seeing them doing much better than that.Too early, but I wouldn't be quick to say it's total bullshit either yet.

I haven't watched the Pirates religiously to identify things like swings changing and what not and the data is murky at best right now with the Pirates; so a conservative outlook is the wise take here.yeah.
