And who is this putting out this info? How do we know this is even accurate in relation to Kawhi's injury if he nor the team are communicating with the media?
How do we know what the media is putting out is accurate? We have no clue. I'm presenting a counter-argument to what the media is saying. Nobody knows what's going on, and I'm defending my guy. Simple as that.

Ask Isiah Thomas if coming back early was the right move.
He pushed it. He got the hero's treatment for playing through pain.
Then he fell apart, got traded twice, and is likely to lose 100 million dollars for coming back.

Tony Parker is the only teammate not being supportive and calling out Leonard.
But, he came back early as well foolishly. He looks shattered and unable to play.
This might be his last 3 games. He probably should have sat out longer.

If anything, Parker is making the decision easier for Kawhi to rest up.
One dumb mistake in rehabbing it too soon, and Kawhi Leonard probably loses 100-200 million.

I dont blame him at all.

WE HAVE A WINNER.

You are failing to answer the most important question. Who is this providing this info that has in no way been linked to Kawhi's injury other than him saying so. This doesn't counter your argument because this isn't coming from KAWHI'S CAMP OR SA. A statement coming from either of those sources is how we know the info being given by the media is accurate.

The poster of the tweet did not type out what he posted, obviously. I have no idea who it is.

Yeah, we are used to believing media guys who have a good rep for delivering news at high accuracy most of the time. But in this case, it seems they've been more wrong than right. The narrative that he's cleared is spreading and the media is the one that's doing it. It's simply untrue. He isn't cleared. That's why I'm posting what I'm posting. I may not know who these guys are but what they're saying makes a lot more sense than what the media is putting out.

Which part? Because you mentioned Milwaukee taking Boston to OT (for one playoff game) while they're without two of their best players - Heyward and Irving, which is a fact.

You also (and this is laughable) mentioned the Wizards being a dangerous team if Wall comes back. Which Wall actually played in game 1 (means you didn't watch the game). On top of that, Wall, while with the Wizards has not really done anything in the playoffs to make it seem like the Wizards would be a dangerous team in the East. There's a reason they're the 8th seed. Before you mention Wall's injury during the regular season, the Wizards actually played well for long stretches WITHOUT him.

So again, which part is ridiculous? Because I basically refuted both of your points with relative ease.
The Celtics didn't have Hayward the entire season. So to say that they beat Milwaukee despite missing their best two players is absurd. They are playing with the team they've had all year minus Irving.
As for Wall, I believe you know exactly what I mean. he is far from the normal John Wall due to his injuries.

Wow.

The only thing the media has said is that Kawhi has been cleared by the TEAM doctors. How is that not accurate? The entire point of this conversation is because we DON'T know what's going on with his injury.

So, when you post something that leads some to believe they've diagnosed him, naturally inquiring minds want to know where that info is coming from in an effort to validate whether or not it's accurate.

Boston regressed from what they were in the middle part of the season. They're a decent team, but Kyrie was their go-to scorer. They're not a team that's a viable contender in the East at the present moment given that Kyrie's out.

For the bolded, no, I have no fucking clue what you're talking about. John Wall has never really done anything in the playoffs to propel his team to any modicum of success in the playoffs. So again, the Wizards wouldn't even be able to beat San Antonio in their current capacity. For the reasons I listed and for the fact that Scott Brooks is a corch.

Well,

Irving is their best player and was an MVP candidate before Xmas. So, the team they have had all year minus Irving, is still a rather huge piece missing. By the way, their best defender, Smart, is also out.

As for Wall, he probably isn't 100%, but he I also don't think his poor play on the 4th was because of injuries. I think the Raptors did a fantastic job guarding him. His poor play was due more to the obvious holes in his game and some poor decision making.

Take it easy on Monty. He's clearly depressed because the Warriors won a couple playoff games. As soon as they lose, he'll be good as new.

"Media" isn't just Shams and Woj. Many other media members are inquiring that Kawhi is healthy enough to play and bashing him because he isn't with the team.

The only thing I've heard from the media is the questions about his health because he's been cleared by the team doctors to play. I have yet to hear any speculation about the actual injury - other than what you posted here today.

Just us seeing different things then I guess. Idk if you're on Twitter a lot but I am. That's where I'm seeing most of this.

In my opinion, John Wall is one of the best players in the league when healthy.

Fair enough. I don't watch much Eastern Conference basketball. Its boring compared to the style they play out West.

You mean lazy and without focus?
They had 32 assists the other game, and I think no one had more than 6. Criminy. That's better basketball than watching LBJ or westbrook getting a triple double with 14 assists.

Regardless of everything happening, the Spurs FRONT OFFICE are the ones not handling this well. Pop knows exactly what's going on. He's the team president. Why wouldn't he know? Makes no sense.
